Сам Лидин на Говарда не ссылается. Он ссылается почему-то на 60-е гг, когда Говард был уже давно мертв.

Ну я тебе сразу скажу что наиболее подробно этот момент описан в "Черном Колоссе", кое-что есть в "Часе Дракона" и "Фениксе на мече".
Инфа, что ты привел использует эти наработки, но там и от себя добавили подробностей от души.
